A Day in Your Neighbourhood:
- Handle the essentials – Deliver clean linen and towels to each floor.
- Collect used items and return them to the laundry on time and in good order.
- Keep it organised – Maintain neat and fully stocked linen cupboards.
- Report any shortages or damaged stock quickly and clearly.
- Support the housekeeping team – Assist with guest requests, set up extra beds or cots, deliver items like irons and towels, and keep supplies ready during peak periods.
- Maintain back-of-house spaces – Keep storerooms, corridors, and service areas clean, clear and safe at all times.
- Help dispose of rubbish and recycling responsibly.
