Axiom Hospitality is seeking a Cluster People and Culture Manager to lead the people agenda across Hotel Indigo Clerkenwell and Hilton Islington. This hands-on, hotel-based role will be the face of People and Culture across both sites, building relationships with GMs and teams, and championing our culture and values.
You will drive recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance and engagement, and support LMS content and policy rollouts.
