Hotel Indigo Leeds is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time, zero-hour contract basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome from arrival to departure. You will be required to work both DAY/NIGHT Shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring an outstanding first impression.
