We're looking for an energetic and experienced Bar Supervisor to help lead our bar team and deliver memorable moments, one perfect pour at a time.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations across all bars
- Leading and motivating the team during busy shifts, creating a fun and professional atmosphere
- Delivering top-notch customer service with style, speed, and a smile
- Training new team members and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Monitoring stock, assisting with orders, and managing wastage
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and company policies
- Creating Instagram-worthy moments from latte art to signature cocktails
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a high-volume or hotel bar setting
- A passion for drinks, from craft beers to curated cocktails
- Confident leading a team and staying calm under pressure
- Friendly, outgoing, and full of personality
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails (a few flair moves wouldn't hurt either)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
