We are now seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Reservations & Groups Coordinator to join our Sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of all group bookings, meetings, and events, creating exceptional experiences from enquiry to execution.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AT OUR HOTEL
- Event Coordination: Manage all aspects of meetings, group bookings, and events from initial enquiry through to execution and post-event follow-up.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for event planners, corporate clients, group organisers, and internal departments.
- Booking Management: Accurately input and manage bookings in the hotel’s systems, ensuring all event details are captured and communicated clearly.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to convert leads into confirmed bookings, prepare proposals, contracts, and ensure revenue targets are supported.
- Operational Handover: Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of all group stays and events.
- Financial Accuracy: Monitor billing instructions, deposits, and final charges to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain records of bookings, event feedback, and performance metrics as required by the Director of Sales.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Previous experience in an events, sales, or hotel operations role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and remain calm under pressure.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and hotel booking/event systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar).
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work across departments when required.
