I tæt samarbejde med restaurantchefen får du en nøglerolle i den daglige drift af vores servicefunktioner — primært i Restaurant Sarfalik og ved behov på tværs af vores øvrige restauranter. Du er synlig i driften, trives i tempo og motiveres af at skabe helhedsoplevelser, hvor mad, vin og værtskab spiller sammen.

Hotel Hans Egede er Grønlands førende hotel- og konferencested i hjertet af Nuuk. Vi driver bl.a. Restaurant Sarfalik og A Hereford Beefstouw, samt et 5-stjernet konferencecenter med selskaber og events op til ca. 400 gæster. Vi er kendt for stærke kulinariske oplevelser, høj gæstfrihed og et solidt fællesskab i huset.

Som souschef er du en del af den daglige ledelse og stedfortræder for restaurantchefen. Du er faglig rollemodel for serviceteamet og sikrer, at både à la carte og selskaber gennemføres professionelt, nærværende og effektivt.

Dine vigtigste opgaver:

  • Daglig koordinering og ledelse af serveringsteamet sammen med restaurantchefen
  • Vagtplanlægning, driftsoverblik og bemanding på gulvet
  • Koordinering af små og store selskaber i samarbejde med konferenceteamet
  • Sikre høje standarder for service, kvalitet og værtskab i alle formater
  • Aktivt værtskab og mersalg — herunder vinservering, anbefalinger og gæstedialog
  • Oplæring og udvikling af tjenerelever og kollegaer i service og vin
