As Restaurant Supervisor, in Cafe Football you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of the Hotel's dining experience. You’ll support the leadership team in overseeing daily service, ensuring that both guests and team members enjoy a positive, professional and memorable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of breakfast, lunch, dinner over a variety of shifts.
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and motivating your team to do the same.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Handle guest feedback efficiently and professionally, resolving issues where appropriate.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
- Support with rota management and team scheduling where required.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a food and beverage environment.
