Night Receptionist – Hotel Football
Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Hotel Football is seeking a warm, professional, and reliable Night Receptionist to join our Front of House team. If you enjoy delivering exceptional service and working as part of a close-knit team, we want to hear from you.
As a Night Receptionist, you\’ll be the face of Hotel Football during the night, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Check-in and check-out guests professionally and efficiently, in line with company standards
- Ensure accurate billing and secure payment processes
- Complete all nightly administrative duties including banking, billing, floats, and correspondence
- Meet individual and team targets set by the Front of House Manager
- Manage room key issuance and maintain security protocols
- Actively promote Hotel Football and Café Football services to guests
- Respond to guest queries or issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and hotel team to ensure smooth overnight operations
Ideal candidates will be friendly and professional communicators who thrive in a guest-facing role, able to speak and listen clearly, confidently, and respectfully. Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail are essential. Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
