As Restaurant Supervisor, in Cafe Football you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of the Hotel's dining experience. You’ll support the leadership team in overseeing daily service, ensuring that both guests and team members enjoy a positive, professional and memorable environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of breakfast, lunch, dinner over a variety of shifts.
  • Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and motivating your team to do the same.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Handle guest feedback efficiently and professionally, resolving issues where appropriate.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
  • Support with rota management and team scheduling where required.
