Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with chasing Hotel debtors.
- Raising purchase orders through our procurement system, Procure Wizard.
- Management of commission claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information.
- Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance, such as filing and data entry.
- Available to work match days.
