What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Setting up and maintaining an organised breakfast service
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Managing stock rotation and food preparation
- Supporting the wider kitchen brigade during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
- Reliable, punctual and passionate about quality food
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
