As a Commis Chef, you will support the senior chefs in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while learning all aspects of kitchen operations.
This is a casual role to support on match days and events.
Key
Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of fresh, high-quality food.
Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
Ensure all food hygiene, health, and safety procedures are followed.
Keep kitchen workstations clean, organised, and well stocked.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
Support all sections of the kitchen as required.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
