Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day breakfast service, ensuring timely delivery and the highest standards of food quality.
- Prepare and present buffet and plated breakfasts in line with brand standards.
- Plan and manage stock levels, ensuring menu items are consistently available.
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene practices, following HACCP guidelines.
- Train and develop junior kitchen team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Minimise waste through effective stock rotation and portion control.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
