The Avon Gorge Hotel is part of the iconic Hotel Du Vin brand, featuring relaxed, stylish townhouse hotels and delicious bistro dining at sensible prices. Our luxurious bedrooms include roll-top baths, monsoon showers, fluffy bathrobes, and a wealth of bathroom amenities. The wine theme runs throughout, with each bedroom sponsored by and named after a renowned wine company, and decorated with wine-related memorabilia. Our bistros and bars serve classic dishes and drinks in a comfortable setting, with an extensive and eclectic wine selection.
In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow, and communicating with the Kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility to work various shifts and days. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview.
