We are seeking a Spa Therapist for our popular Spa, where you will provide a Temple Spa experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing client relationships and delivering service levels that exceed guest expectations. You should be passionate about treatments and hospitality, eager to learn about Temple Spa products, and gain experience in a high-end Spa setting.

Main duties will be:

1. Carrying out a range of treatments to a high standard
2. Maintaining the standards of the Spa as a team member
3. Welcoming clients in a 5-star manner
4. Booking treatments and managing appointments via the Spa computer system
5. Achieving retail targets
6. Building a regular client base
7. Keeping treatment rooms and the Spa clean and tidy

Knowledge, experience, and skills required:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High standard of personal appearance
• Computer literacy
• Self-motivated and a good team player
