Permanent Sous Chef position at Hotel Du Vin, Winchester. Up to £36,000 per Annum / 45 Hours. Up to £38,000 inc TRONC and generous company benefits, training & development.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you, including working in fast-paced environments under pressure.
  • Be involved in training and development opportunities, including in-house and with national apprenticeship programmes.
  • Contribute to maintaining the quality and consistency of menu items and kitchen operations in a Brasserie/Hotel Du Vin kitchen.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience at Sous Chef level or equivalent, with ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in a busy hospitality environment.
