Overview

Room Attendant – Late Shift, Malmaison

Working behind the scenes to ensure the Malmaison standards are maintained you will be a vital cog in the Hotel team. This position is for a Late Shift Room Attendant. You will predominantly work afternoon shifts, 5 days out of seven. Room Attendants will be required to style the rooms with an eye for detail and a passion for cleaning. You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the rooms are ready on time, to our standards and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome as they pass you on the corridors. Room Attendants have just as much interaction with our guests as any other staff member – so must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our guests with a smile and personality.

We actively encourage internal development and progression and Malmaison is on target to have 100 new apprentices in the business by year end. Candidates for this position would be given the opportunity to enroll on our apprenticeship scheme after they have completed their probationary period.

  • Style and clean hotel rooms to Malmaison standards with attention to detail.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure rooms are ready on time and guests are greeted with a smile in the corridors.
  • Interact with guests as part of daily service, delivering hospitality with personality.
  • Participate in apprenticeship opportunities after probation where applicable.
