OPERATIONS MANAGER β MALMAISON, COMPETITIVE SALARY

Malmaison is looking for a leader in the making. Someone who will understand that running a successful business isnβt just about exceeding brand standards or having a strong P&L. We want someone who will look after the team and develop them to deliver celebrity service.
You will be within 12 months (or less) of running your own hotel and eager to join a brand that offers you the opportunity to shine.
In this Operations Manager role, your attention to detail will help you excel. You will love leading and motivating your team, and driving the brand strategy across all elements of the business, setting Malmaison apart as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat, and drink.
You will understand the market and know how to maximize F&B revenue by considering the bigger picture. Managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature, and leading from the front by setting an example is something you are accustomed to.
Ideally, you will have experience managing large teams and possess a solid knowledge of food and drink in a similar-sized property; however, this isnβt a deal breaker.
A good understanding of Health and Safety is beneficial, as is experience implementing E-Learning programs for teams.
