This role is the face of the restaurant, helping control the flow and communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Be the front-facing representative of the restaurant and help manage guest flow.
- Communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Support a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week, with evenings and weekends being busier periods.
- Assist with career training and development through nationally recognized apprenticeships and brand training.
- Strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the brand standard.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills; prior experience is not strictly required.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts and days; interview discussions will cover contracted hours and patterns.
