Maintenance Assistant, Hotel Du Vin - Newcastle

Rate of Pay / Hours - 13.10/ 40 hours pw

Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team, as Maintenance Assistant you are there to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to ensure that the guest expectations are met during their stay.

You will be required to proactively complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things! You must be able to work to deadlines, be confident in liaising with contractors and taking responsibility for health and safety. Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required and knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial.
