Golf, Meetings and Events Manager – Hotel Du Vin, St Andrews.

Salary: 38k to 43k including OTE. Full‑time contract.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the golf side of the business, ensuring all events, meetings, and weddings run smoothly.
  • Lead the events team and act as the face of the business before guests arrive.
  • Coordinate details from small meetings of six guests to large wedding events with up to 200 cover.
  • Provide front‑of‑house support and create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Actively support internal career development, potentially progressing to an Operations Manager role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Strong smile, personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle reactive, hands‑on responsibilities and manage a team.
