Maintenance Assistant, Malmaison
Rate of Pay: £12.65 / 40 Hours per week

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities, and managing the maintenance team. You will ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay. Your duties include completing daily job lists and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. You must meet deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety. Organizational skills, excellent communication, and a hands-on attitude are essential. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required, and knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
