A fantastic opportunity to help maximise revenue across our Malmaison Reading & Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames properties. As Cluster Meeting & Events Manager you will be maximising revenue by driving Meeting Room occupancy, ensuring that all bookings are in the best interest of the hotels and that the spaces sold align with the business needs. Reporting into the Meeting and Events Manager and the General Managers of the hotels, you will work with the Central Sales Office to support the conversion of all inquiries. You will develop relationships with guests and the management team across both properties to ensure the smooth running of all meetings and events across the two hotels. No two days will be the same as you spread your time across two properties and juggle the events taking place.
You will need to be an organised and motivated individual who is proactive with good communication skills both verbally and in writing.

- Coordinate with the Central Sales Office and hotel General Managers to support inquiry conversion.
- Develop relationships with guests and management across both properties for smooth event execution.
- Manage time across two properties and balance multiple events.
