Location: Cheltenham Working behind the scenes to ensure Hotel du Vin's exceptional standards are maintained, you'll be a vital part of the housekeeping team and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.
As a Linen Porter, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution and collection of linen throughout the hotel.
From delivering fresh linen to guest rooms and service areas to supporting our Housekeeping team with timely replenishment, you'll help ensure our rooms are prepared to the highest standards and ready for our guests to enjoy.
You'll work closely with Room Attendants, assisting them in creating beautifully presented bedrooms and public areas.
With a keen eye for detail and pride in your work, you'll help maintain the impeccable standards that our guests have come to expect from Hotel du Vin.
This is a physically active role that requires organisation, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
You'll be an important part of a busy operation, helping to ensure rooms are cleaned, styled, and ready on time.
Whether you're supporting housekeeping colleagues, maintaining linen stores, or responding to requests from across the hotel, your contribution will be essential to the success of the team.
While much of your work takes place behind the scenes, you'll still have regular interaction with guests and colleagues throughout the hotel.

In this role, you'll: Deliver and collect linen efficiently throughout the hotel.
Support Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms to Hotel du Vin standards.
Maintain housekeeping stores and ensure linen levels are stocked appropriately.
Assist with moving supplies and equipment where required.
Help ensure guest rooms are ready on time and presented beautifully.
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily targets.
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests and colleagues.
