At Hotel Du Vin, fifty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels, we can be busier in our Brasseries than most local restaurants! This gives our chef brigades a great opportunity to develop themselves within our kitchens. Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner.
