Meeting and exceeding every guest's needs will be second nature to you. You will have a passion for food and beverage and within our Bistro you will be able to let this passion run free, educating our guests and adding to their enjoyment by delivering amazing hospitality. Experience in a similar quality restaurant is beneficial and ideally you will be used to managing a busy section, however we can and will train you in the HDV way of doing things. You must have a bubbly personality and a passion for Hospitality is a must.
