Spa Supervisor required for our popular Spa. Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest. You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the REN products and gain experience in a high-end Spa.
Main duties will be:
- Carrying out a range of REN treatments to a high standard
- Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
- Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
- Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
- Achieving retail targets
- Building a regular client base
- Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
Knowledge, experience and skills required:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High standard of personal appearance
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated
- Good team player
- Must have own transport
