As a Commis Chef in Malmaison you will be learning and developing skills within a fast paced, high volume environment. You will be able to use these skills throughout your career. Our kitchens are open for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Evening Meals. We also offer tailored menus for any Meetings or Events that may be taking place in the hotel so no two days will be the same.
Alongside the training that Malmaison provides we also offer Apprenticeships for Commis Chef and Chef De Partie’s, you could be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 or 3 qualification.
