We are seeking a new team member to join our central office in Birmingham. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll represent our 37 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin properties across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include talking to customers, handling inquiries, maximizing conversions, and showcasing our hotels and services. Creating memorable experiences for our guests will be your top priority, ensuring they receive top-notch service every time.

Ideally, you will have…

• Experience in a customer service role (6 months or more preferred)
• A natural enthusiasm for customer service
• Confidence when speaking to customers on the phone
• Great attention to detail and a passion for customer care
• A drive to succeed and meet targets
• Basic computer skills and good listening skills
• Quick thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills
