We are looking for a Banqueting Sous Chef who will take full ownership of the banqueting food offering, leading the delivery across meetings, events, private dining, weddings, and all special occasions hosted at the hotel. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will ensure the seamless execution of all banqueting menus, maintaining exceptional standards while managing volume service in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a Sous Chef with strong banqueting or events experience who thrives under pressure and enjoys delivering high-quality food at scale, without compromising on detail.
