You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and be looking for the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant within our hotel, help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview. If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognized apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training. We will help you be "The Difference" between good and great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • We create memories that the guest will never forget.
  • This could be the next step for you into a Head of Department position within Hotel du Vin - we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.
  • You will work in a role that supports the restaurant operations across all shifts and days, with flexibility to cover peak periods as needed.

  • You will already have experience in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work a range of shifts and days; flexibility is required.
  • Strong communication with Kitchen and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
