We want someone who will look after the team and by developing them, will deliver the expectation of celebrity service. You will be 12 months (or less) from running your own hotel and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.

You will know the local market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.

Ideally you will have had previous experience in managing and motivating teams in a hospitality business that experiences busy seasonal peaks, and you will have a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property.
