You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping control the flow and communicating with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
