Rate of Pay / Hours: £15.10 per hour including tronc / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Face the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service.
  • Control guest flow and communicate with the Kitchen and management team.
  • Maintain high standards of service and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Operational Details:

  • Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Work a range of shifts and days with great flexibility.
  • Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Training:

  • Offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside brand training.
