Our Sustainability Goals:

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for delivering a high standard of bar service with knowledge of drinks and guest engagement as part of the F&B experience.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through banter, knowledge and entertainment when serving drinks.
- Be prepared for progression opportunities, with potential steps toward Bar Manager responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a bar or similar hospitality role and familiarity with wine and cocktails is expected, demonstrated by the ability to shake a martini and tell your Pinot from your Chardonnay.
