One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It is the jewel in Hotel Du Vin’s Scottish Crown with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, private dining rooms, meeting & event space. You will be an experienced Sous Chef having worked in kitchens cooking to a 2 AA Rosette standard or higher and you will be looking for the next step in your career.

Working as Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef, developing the brigade whilst maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
