En AR Hotels & Resorts, grupo hotelero consolidado con más de 40 años de experiencia y en pleno proceso de expansión, buscamos incorporar un Jefe/a de Administración en nuestras oficinas centrales ubicadas en Calpe (Alicante). Este perfil liderará el área de Administración y Finanzas, aportando visión estratégica y operativa. Nuestro ADN combina rigor analítico, visión estratégica y orientación a la optimización financiera en un entorno en crecimiento.

Funciones principales:

  • Controlar el cumplimiento de la gestión administrativa de la empresa, respetando plazos y procesos establecidos.
  • Supervisar la preparación y presentación de impuestos, así como la contabilidad financiera.
  • Diseñar, confeccionar y seguir procedimientos administrativos.
  • Revisar y verificar las cuentas anuales colaborando en la auditoria.
  • Elaborar y emitir informes técnicos-contables sobre la situación económico-financiera de tesorería.
  • Coordinar operativamente con otros departamentos como comercial, compras, producción e informática.
  • Mantener relación con asesores y auditores externos.
  • Reportar periódicamente al Director Financiero.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de informes ad-hoc requeridos por Dirección.
  • Colaborar con Director Financiero en la preparación del presupuesto anual.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre resultados, desviaciones y previsiones.
  • Organizar, dirigir y motivar al equipo a su cargo, fomentando un entorno de mejora continua.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Experiencia de 3-4 años como Jefe de Administración o roles similares (Administración / Finanzas / Controller).
  • Experiencia en auditoria al menos 4 años (Big Four o similar).
  • Formación en ADE/Económicas u otras formaciones afines.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos en entorno profesional.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y visión estratégica del negocio.
  • Experiencia en reporting, elaboración de presupuestos y control de desviaciones.
  • Valorable experiencia en sector servicios o hotelero.
  • Dominio de herramientas de contabilidad, Excel avanzado y reporting (Power BI u otras).
