We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join the team at the Moxy.
As Receptionist you’ll be on the front line, delivering a first-class service.
You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.We encourage you to bring your own unique personality to the role and being yourself whilst working as part of a great team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
- Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
- Manage all bills and payments correctly
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
- Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
- Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Useful Experience:
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
