The Sales & Partnerships Executive is a super confident individual that is part of the Regional Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and building lasting relationships. This role is all about developing accounts, nurturing client partnerships, and supporting commercial growth for Moxy Chester and other Hotel Co51 properties. You’ll be based in Chester, working closely with the Regional Sales team to ensure our clients feel valued and supported. Your focus will be on repeat business, inbound enquiries, and account development, rather than vectors toward high-pressure cold calling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships—to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and enquiries, ensuring smooth conversion.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with appointments, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate sales activities and events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Use our CRM system (SFA Web) to manage leads and track performance.
- Work with Marketing to align messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the hotels at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ hotel experience—ideally in reservations, front office, guest services, or a similar role.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (any sector)—experience in building relationships and influencing outcomes is key.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
