Position: Night Auditor (Night Crew Member) – MOXY Southampton

Gross Salary: £13.53 per hour

Your Responsibilities

• Provide top‑quality customer service
• Work as part of a great team
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests
• Answer internal and external calls
• Possess good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services offered
• Handle general guest requests
• Be available to work when the team and customers need you
• Demonstrate flexibility with night shifts

Useful Experience

• Experience in the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of food safety and licensing laws
• Personal experience in the travel and tourism industry
