This position is based on a full-time contract.
Gross Salary: £31,373 per year

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Helping guests whilst creating positive experiences
- Training team members to Moxy standards in both food and beverage and reception
- Take the lead on food and beverage initiatives, ensuring that menus, tills and pricing are up to date
- Ensuring profitability from a food and beverage perspective
- To organise and prepare for monthly stock takes
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
- Supervise accurate and efficient reception operations including check in/out procedures
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the reception with an emphasis on training and teamwork
- Ensure Team Members have updated knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general Marriott product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
- Follow Moxy Marriott brand standards
- Together with the team enroll new members for Marriott Bonvoy (loyalty program)
- Ensure Marriott Metrics are met and exceeded
- Although emphasis is on food and beverage, you will be duty manager and be expected to take the lead on shifts including reception
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus)
Useful Experience:
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
