The Senior Sales Executive is a super confident individual that is part of the Regional Sales team and acts as a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels. Based in Glasgow, the role supports two Moxy hotels and the Courtyard SEC, with travel to client sites or events as required. You will help drive revenue by generating new corporate, group, and local business, whilst proactively sourcing and supporting meetings and events enquiries.
You will build and manage key client relationships, conduct sales calls and site inspections, represent the brands within the local market, and work closely with the wider commercial, revenue, and operations teams to convert opportunities across all three properties.
Candidate Profile- Experience in hotel sales, with the confidence and ambition to operate at a Senior Sales Executive level.
- A strong proactive sales mindset with a passion for generating new business rather than waiting for enquiries.
- Experience supporting or selling meetings and events business is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across multiple properties.
- Comfortable working with sales systems and data; experience with Opera, SFA Web, or CRM tools is advantageous.
- Confident conducting sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings independently.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Positive, energetic and resilient with the ability to represent both the Courtyard professional brand and the Moxy fun, bold and social brand.
