Responsibilities
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way.
- Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
- Manage all bills and payments correctly.
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
- Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.

- Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
- Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role.
- Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.
- Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
- Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests.
- Skilled multi-tasker who can balance hard work with great service.
- Know being relaxed isn\’t the same as being lazy.
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!).
