Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Helping guests and creating positive experiences
  • Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets following the Moxy standards
  • Manage all bills and payments accurately
  • Prepare food, clean, restock, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas
  • Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely
  • Support other Crew Members and follow directions from Crew Leaders
  • Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which includes:

  • High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
  • Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
  • Skilled multi-tasker who can balance hard work with great service
  • Understanding that being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
  • Clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)

Useful Experience
