Overview
Night Auditor (Night Crew Member) – MOXY Bristol at Hotel Co 51. This position is based on a full time contract. Gross Salary: £13.53 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Top quality customer service
- Working as part of a great team
- First point of contact for our guests
- Answering internal & external calls
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
- Dealing with general guest requests
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you
- You are flexible with working night shifts
Useful Experience
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
