Responsibilities
- Oversee the Front Office Night team and ensure consistently high‑quality customer service during night shifts.
- Lead and support the Front Office Night Receptionists / Auditors.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and deliver a personal, friendly service.
- Supervise arrival and departure of guests and complete all supervisor shift checklists.
- Respond to every guest request, including concierge requests.
- Report directly to the Front Office Manager and collaborate with the wider team.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory position.
- Experience working in a front desk or night reception/supervisor role.
- Strong communication, guest service and detail‑orientation skills.
- Proficiency with Opera and front‑office technology.
- Fluency in English and, preferably, a second language.
- Natural leadership, positive attitude and a smile on your face.
- Team‑player mindset focused on the guest experience.
