Join to apply for the Kitchen Crew Member role at Hotel Co 51. Gross Hourly Rate – £13.62 per hour. We have a fantastic position for a Kitchen Assistant at MOXY London ExCel, the role is full time (40 hours) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking guest food orders the Moxy way.
- Basic food preparation including breakfast preparation for the following day.
- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, ovens, and sinks.
- Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day.
- Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators.
- Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen.
- Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher.
- Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly.
- Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment.
- Providing assistance to the team as needed.
