F&B Manager – MOXY Milton Keynes
This position is based on a full time contract.
Gross Annual Salary – £31373

Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Operate and manage Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
- Ordering and inventoty
Supporting other Crew Members /Leaders with:
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
- Manage all bills and payments correctly
- Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
- Training team for their development
We\’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:
- Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
- Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
- Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience
- Experience within the service industry
- Management experience with leading the team
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws is a plus
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
