Responsibilities
- Host breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Bartending / serving drinks at the bar as part of the role.
- Provide excellent service to guests and ensure the restaurant and bar are picture perfect.
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered to guests as soon as they are ready to be served.
- Bring passion, pro-activity and positive energy to the team; look for ways to improve the product and guest experience.
