The Person
The Sales Executive is a super confident individual that is part of the Regional Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels. You will do sales research, understand how to conduct prospecting, administrative tasks, maximise revenue, build customer loyalty and support the Regional Sales team. You'll be based in Edinburgh and support two Moxy hotels, with travel to client sites or events as needed.
The Job
Evaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales Manager, covering Moxy Edinburgh Airport and Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge hotels. Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions. Join-in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels. Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture. Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients. Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, or general administrative support as needed. Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships. Research and identify new leads. Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed. Use our CRM, SFA Web, to manage leads and track performance. Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts. Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Maintaining Business Goals
Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information. Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems. Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement.

Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially: Excel (you've got to love those spreadsheets), Word (perfect for proposals), PowerPoint (make your presentations pop), Outlook (you use all the tools). Strong organisational and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education and Professional Certification

Experience in select-service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plus. Previous experience in a multi-property or cluster sales role is advantageous.
